Guess what time it is again, thats right it's Sale-A-Brations time!!!!

Guess what time of year it is again?
Can you Guess??
That’s right it is Sale-A-Brations time again.
Most exciting time of the year for not only our customers but for us as demonstrators as well. Waiting with excitement to see what things we can be giving our customers as a little bonus!!!
This will be my second year being apart of this exciting event with Stampin’ Up and I must be honest when I first seen the stamp sets this year I wasn’t excited as I was the year before.
But the problem is like most people its not until you see something created with those stamps that you get that feeling in your head. Oh wow I LIKE THAT !!!! Well that’s how it was for me anyway.
Now I must admit I really love the ribbons and designer series paper and brads. A first for us here in Australia we only usually have stamp sets for Sale-A-Bration so that’s an exciting first. And after seeing some great ideas using the stamp set I so can’t wait to play with them as well.
Here is a sample with some of the ribbons, papers and brads.

 Doesn't  it look GREAT!!!!

Now I’m guessing your most properly wondering how to get them for free right?

*Place an order of $100 or more and receive for free one of the Sale-A-Brations stamp set or ribbon/brad pack or paper.

* Have free workshops at your own home or have a catalogue party were you show your friends and get some orders and with orders over $600 or more in sales and receive a  free Sale-A-Brations stamp set or ribbon/brad pack or paper.
item. Also if your order is more than $100 then you recieve another Sale-A-Brations item of your choice. As a hostess you get to keep the projects that I demonstrate and recieve the Current Catalogue for free. If space is an issue you can organise to have your workshop in my craftroom. Workshops are a lot of fun!!

* For people wishing to be coming a demonstrator this is the time to do it. If you are looking at joining to support your addiction for crafts as a hobbist demonstrator or to grow a successful business Stampin’ Up is the way to go.
Right now start up kits are only $249 normally $289.
Great benefits now about becoming a demonstrator you no longer need to have an ABN and Sales for each quarter have now been droped to just $400. There is no pressure to do parties which is one thing I love about Stampin’ Up.

Stampin’ Up have a great variety of stamp sets, papers and accessories that complement each other that just make it so much easier to create the perfect project. So come along and join us during Sale-A-Bration by hosting a workshop or becoming part of the growing Stampin’ Up family and meet some amazing people that are just so creative.

The Open Sea Cards

How hard is it sometimes to find a really nice stamp set to make a really nice male card. I always have ladies asking me to make more male cards in our workshops.
I decided to buy the new The Open Sea stamp set and have a play. One of the cards I created was using the Clean and Simple sketch how easy was this card.

With this card I have used the clear block D and put some distress inks on the clear block and made a border on my cream cardstock for the boat. It just gives it that more rustic old finish to card. A great way to add boarders with out using cardstock.
Then the creative flare was happening to create a two more cards. The next one we created in our class on friday night.

And last but not least another very simple to make card but still so nice.

All these simple layouts could be used with a number of stamp sets for any style of card that you require to create by just changing colors and stamps its that simple really. I hope you like the cards Ive created for you to look

Clean & Simple Sketch Challenge - FTL 166

Once again a lovely but simple sketch from Clean and Simple. Everyone is crazy making christmas cards but I decided to use a lovely simple stamp that I've been wanting to play with for quite a few weeks.
The stamp set I used is one of the new Hostess stamp sets for Stampin' Up called Faith of Nature.
Here is the sketch from clean and simple sketch FTL166

And this is my lovely card that I've created.

So easy to create this card. Thanks for coming and having a look

Craft Stall for i98FM Camp Quality Kids Convey

What a great day was had last Sunday at i98FM Camp Quality Kids Convey. If you have never been touched by someone with cancer than your one of very few.
Every year i98FM organise a fantastic event in the Illawarra to raise much needed funds to help Camp Quality and their families.
This year I was apart of that with a stall. That’s right my first craft stall and what an honour to be apart of such a great event.

The day is all about the children, companies bid to be apart of the truck and motorbike convey with lots of people getting dressed up this year. Check out the photos of our great day. Thanks for all those people that come and said hello and helped raise money for a fantastic cause was great to be apart of the experience. I know my whole family enjoyed themselves.
